BOD Meeting

On 9th July 2021, we had our first official meeting of the Board of Directors. Our enthusiastic BOD presented their next 6 months’ impactful plans to maximise the club’s potential togetherly. We’re determined to tick off all our plans successfully and stand true to our Vision, ”Rising For Better Tomorrow”.

On successful completion of 17 years, we, the Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada, completed our Installation Ceremony on 10th July to inaugurate our Dynamic New President, the stellar army of Board of Directors and members.🎇

RCPSH Ludo Master

We, at RCPSH strengthened our bond through a fun game, Ludo.
We formed multiple teams and at the end, the winners competed with other winners. After a tough competition, our Dear Rtr. Samiksha Sonawane donned the winner’s crown.
We tried our luck and rolled the dices 🎲 while having fun at it’s best.🤩
Our members can’t wait for more such fun filled, bonding activities.😍

Rotary-Rotaract Meeting🤝🏼

We, at Rotaract Club of Shaniwarwada, attended the BOD meeting of our parent Rotary Club and also had a Joint meeting with them, where we discussed our plans, projects followed by breakfast. 🍴

We also received suggestions from the Rotary Club’s BOD for coming projects and extended their full support to the team. 🤝🏼

Our website aims to provide visitors with an easier way to learn more about the Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada and events conducted by us. Our interactive website speaks of our mission statement, our team and our guiding principles that drive what we do and how we do it.

To talk about the new features, the site has integrated social media buttons of Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. This will help to encourage better communication. To foster connectivity, we will be routinely updating the site with helpful information, articles, blogs, and newsletters. The site is also a social media for members of RCPSH, where they can post art, photographs, tweets, quotes, and write-ups.

Celebratory Independence Greetings🎊

What can be a better way of celebrating the remarkable milestone than knowing more of our homeland, its history and its struggle?📰

We, the Team of RC Pune Shaniwarwada, on 14th August, organized “Independence day Quiz & Online Scavenger Hunt”.👐🏼

Our enthusiastic members participated and gained knowledge about India and its history from this insightful CSD activity.

Rotary-Rotaract Independence Day Celebration🇮🇳

We, Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada, along with the Rotary Club of Pune Shaniwarwada, hoisted the Tricolour at SNDT women’s college on the 15th of August where our eyes were blessed to watch NCC Women’s Parade.🤍

Which was followed by a breakfast , interactions and discussions with Sponsor Rotary and our club members.😀🤝🏻

To spread awareness about the adverse impact of plastic, we, at Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada, organized a WALK FOR PLASTIC: VIRTUAL MARATHON from 7th to 15th August. 

The event was a part of our The Green Theory Mission, where we initiated plastic collection, recycling, and its awareness. ♻️

At the decided collection points, we collected milk bags, plastic bottles and plastic wrappers, bubble wrap, etc.

At the end, all the participants received an e-certificate and pledged to continue with the collection of plastic.

Special thanks to the Event Chairperson @Mrunmayee Soman, Event Co-Chairperson @Vijay Chavan and the entire team of RCPSH.

On 26th August, we at RCPSH conducted our Board Meeting👥 where we passed some important resolutions.

 ▪️At the meeting, we passed the club by-laws, master budget and other important resolutions.

▪️We also discussed what is a  Club Assembly and planned for the same.

▪️At the end, we discussed and planned events for the month of September.

Better training leads to better processes and Better Work. 

On 29th August , we at Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada had an honour of having our Club Orientation by our very own PHF DRRE Akash Chikate. Some people believe that leadership is all about telling others what to do, but for him, it is primarily about being observant, and then stepping up to meet any need arises.  Briefed about how can we as Rotaractors make a difference to the society and also what are the perks of being a Rotaractor. He shared his experiences as a Rotaractor which in turn motivated the members of the club to take the Rotaract Movement ahead. After which he elucidated the Board of Directors about their Avenue and how can they explore their Avenue.

Club Assembly

On 12th August, we successfully completed our Club Assembly.

The assembly is an official visit by the District authority to check the club plans and their implementations.

Our assembly was panelled by DZR @arvindekar27s AZR @rtr_.shraddha._

We are thankful to the panel for their valuable feedback, comments and cheers. Our BOD is now geared up with a Clearer Vision and a Better Plan of action.



General Body Meeting & Fun CSD Activity

On 15th September, we had our General Body Meeting followed by a fun CSD activity.👥

At the GBM, the BOD announced September’s upcoming events and described their detailed execution.

Then we played a fun Dum Charades game where each member got one guess to score. It was a super-fun activity with Rtr.Sakshi Sonawani as the winner.👑

Dil Se Dandiya

On 9th Oct, we at RCPSH along with RC Pune mid-east, RC Pune camp nextgen, RC mmrcpk, & RC alumni hosted a rhythmic Dandiya and Garba night.💃🏽🎶😍

We invited trainers to teach the attendees about the Art of Dandiya and Garba on both traditional and modern songs.💃

It was an event full of Joy, Dance, Colours and Love.💃🏽😍🌟❤️

Rendenzous 5.0

The festival of lights is a beautiful time to celebrate with your favourite ones.🤗

We, at RCPSH, rejoiced in the celebration with cheers, laughter, glittering lights, diyas at a Diwali party hosted by Rotaract Club of Pune Mideast.😍

The entire team of RCPSH was present with the festive enthusiasm to make new friends, learn new things and indulge in delicious sweet and savoury dishes.😋

It was a memorable get-together indeed!🙌🏼

District Trek – Rotagad

On 5th December, the mountains were calling, and we answered them with over 200 Rotractors of @rotaract_district_3131 .⛰️⛰️

RCPSH joined the calling ‘ROTAGAD’,the District Trek with full spirits and enjoyed the Sensational breeze and Beautiful faces of Karnala Fort.⛰️🍃😍

Evening Meetup

With the new year vibes and everything nice, team RCPSH met at Vaishali on 4th January for a delightful time. 🌼

We started the new year with the same bonds and fresh starts.

Badminton Tournament

On 6th February, Sunday, Team RCPSH was busy making the feathers fly. 🏸

We put the Bad in Badminton and gave fierce competition to the opponents. 😈

We would never end the game if there wasn’t a deadline. 😅
