On 3rd July, on the occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day, we inaugurated our year-long Mission- “The Green Theory.”♻️
The Mission was inaugurated by DG Rtn. Pankaj Shah and DRR Parth Jaokar. They enlightened us with their valuable insights and presented their unending support. The chain we create, will have the desired impact on humanity, water bodies and wildlife. Let’s join hands to make our planet a better place to live.

On 16th July, to enlighten us about India’s MSME sector, we invited Rtn. Amruta Deogaonkar. She dons many feathers in her cap.😍 She is the Director at Jaisons group with the specialisation in real-estate development, hospitality & water bodies construction. PP of Rotary Club of Gandhibhavan. On top of all, she is the Femina Coffee Table Book of Powerful Couple and holds a Guinness Record wherein she registered maximum people for Organ Donation in 2018-19.🌟

Paper Bag Making Session
Making Paper Boats was most of our first encounter with skills. 📰✂️
Ever since, we have been using our natural skills to make this world a better place.🙌🏻 On World Youth Skills Day, to promote skill development, we, the Team of RCPSH, celebrated our skills by learning a new, unique skill – Making The Paper Bag. On 15th July’21, our club member Rtr. Mrunmayee Soman hosted the session and helped us all learn this new nature-friendly skill. ♻️
This skill also contributes to our year-long mission- The Green Theory.🔰
More than 20 club members joined, learned and have vowed to continue making and using paper bags. 🛍️
“Effective Communication Is A Key Factor In Success.”🗣️
On 21st August, We, at Rotaract Club Of Shaniwarwada, had an informative PD session on Effective Communication Skills with a dynamic speaker @Dhairya Gangwani.
About the speaker,
✓ She is a dynamic and ardent Soft Skill trainer.
✓ Confidence and Communication Coach.
✓ Conducted 10,000+ hours of training with corporates and colleges.
She guided us through the importance of effective communication, suitable language, and ideal business communication skills. She also explained to us the 7c’s of communication.
The session was indeed a good guide in the world of communication and how effective communication can help our progress.
At the end of the session, the speaker resolved all the queries of the attendees.👍👍
On 18th September, we at Rotaract Club Of Shaniwarwada, had a very helpful webinar on Stress Detox – understand stress & learn about stress management ⚡

The workshop was conducted by 2 Experts in Psychology, @Meghana Barve @Bhargvi Talekar.

3. Avoid, Alter, Accept or Adapt are the 4A’s of Stress Management.

On 30th Oct 2021, we at Rotaract club of Pune Shaniwarwada hosted a PD event in collaboration with Rotaract club of Urja, Rotaract club of Pune DPES and Rotaract club of DYP ACS – *Financial Roadmap*.💹
The session included budgeting lessons, investing in the right assets (Mutual Funds, SIP, FD, Cryptocurrency, bonds, etc) setting SMART goals, selecting the right asset allocation, and creating a retirement plan.✅✅
Our speaker Mr Alok Daiyya, was a BTech Final year student from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He also runs his own firm – Investor Alliance.👨🏽💻👨🏽💻
The informative session bridged our financial literacy gap and guided us on How to save ourselves from the Financial clutter.💰💯
Health is Wealth
On 23rd November, we at Rotaract Club of Pune Shaniwarwada in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Narayanganj Midcity, Rotaract Club of Electrical MCOE Metro Pune, Rotaract Club of Bengaluru Nagasandra, Rotaract Club of DYP ACS, and Rotaract Club of Satyabhama arranged a PD event – Health is Wealth.🤝🏼
Our guest speaker was 𝘿𝙧. Tanvi Kulkarni – a well-known nutritionist and Industry expert.👩🏻💼
She emphasized the popular saying ‘Eat Well To be Well’ 🥗

Menstrual Hygiene Awareness
Menstruation is not a problem, poor menstrual hygiene is.🩸
To spread awareness about periods, we at RCPSH collaborated with Rotaract Club of Indira College for a session
on Menstrual hygiene.🌼
The session was hosted by Dr Leena Rajwade B.A.M.S. Pune with Experience in Dietetics at San Jose State University, USA 👩🏻⚕️& Dr Vaijayanti Pendse, M.D. AYURVEDA.👩🏻⚕️
